In 1997 Oakridge Ministries began with the vision that if each believer has the same spirit dwelling in them, the same mind of Christ and a will to work together both individually and corporately to hear His voice, then we, as the body of Christ, would bring His will (and kingdom) to earth as it is in Heaven.
Our goal in worship is to literally be so led by the Holy Spirit that we are as keys on the Lord’s piano, ready to be struck by His hand at whatever moment, order or way that He chooses. He is the composer and we are each a key on the Lord’s piano. We trust Him to lead us with that amount of spontaneity.
This spontaneous atmosphere of expectancy combined with the love of the bride for the bridegroom has led us into wonderful places in praise. We have tapped into a seemly endless flow of new songs and music that contain an amazing freshness and depth.
As the glory of God falls and the gifts of the spirit flow freely, healings and miracles are demonstrated and walls come down. It is our belief that as we facilitate the restoring of the high places of praise, the unity of the bride of Christ will be restored and our Father’s will and Kingdom will come to earth as it is in heaven.
